Custom Orders

Due to the custom nature of our products:

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin work on any custom piece;
• The remaining balance is due prior to delivery or installation;
• Design changes may incur additional costs if requested after production has begun;
• Estimated completion times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed due to the nature of custom craftsmanship;
• The final product may have minor variations in color, grain pattern, or other natural characteristics of wood, which are not considered defects but rather inherent qualities of natural materials.

Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Euro (EUR) and include Irish VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price for a custom piece will be confirmed in writing before the deposit is processed.
